SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Consent and Participation
By signing up for our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Homeward Cabinets LLC at the mobile number you provided. You may enroll by texting designated keywords to START, filling out a form on our website, or otherwise providing your consent. You may need to confirm your consent by replying "YES" or "Y" to an initial confirmation text message. Participation is voluntary, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Message Types and Frequency
By subscribing to our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring messages that may include promotional content, alerts, order updates, and special offers. Some programs may specify a set number or range of messages (e.g., for promotional campaigns or coupon codes). Message frequency will vary based on user interaction and specific program enrollment.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Charges for text messages are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Homeward Cabinets LLC is not responsible for any message or data charges incurred.

You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message received or texting "STOP" you will receive a final confirmation text message confirming your opt-out request. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

6. Eligibility and Mobile Carrier Limitations

If you change or deactivate your number, you agree to notify us promptly at aaronmorris@copperleafcabinets.com to avoid messages being sent to the wrong person. We reserve the right to modify message frequency at any time. If changes occur, we will notify you via SMS and provide an opportunity to opt out. We may update these terms periodically, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Except for certain disputes outlined in our Arbitration/Class-Action Waiver/Dispute Resolution provision, any disputes between you and Homeward Cabinets LLC will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. By participating, you waive your right to bring claims in court before a judge or jury and waive participation in class actions.

9. Limitation of Liability
Homeward Cabinets LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any delays or failures in delivery of SMS messages, nor any damages arising from your participation. The SMS program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
